Ali'i Kai II, managed by California-based Grand Pacific Resorts, is located on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean on the North Shore of Kaua'i. Newly renovated (2014), 2 bedroom vacation condo sleeps six people with a full size kitchen, dining room, living area and two full baths. Each unit has a private lanai (porch or balcony, depending on the floor) for relaxation. Ali'i Kai is located on Edwards Road, in the Princeville resort area; 30 miles from Lihue airport. All units are non-smoking. Access to resort pool, BBQ and two hot tubs on premises.

Ali'i Kai units and grounds

There is no air conditioning unit available in the units; due to the tradewinds, it is not necessary. All rooms have ceiling fans.
Units rent from Saturday - Saturday with 4pm check in at the office. Weekly reservation is based upon availability from weeks 1-50

****NOTE!  There are two Alii Kai's under separate management. Ali'i Kai is operated by Grand Pacific, while Alii Kai 2 is operated by Sweetwater and has some pretty negative online reviews from people who can't differentiate between the separate timeshares/properties and management.*****
